General Terms
By making a booking request, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment is completed.
House Rules
Check in time.
– 15:00 (is always available at any time of the day using the key lock next to the door, without host presence).
Need to provide a valid ID/passport for confirmation! In case of late check in we ask our guest to be quiet with suitcases to respect sleep of neighborhood.
Smoking is not allowed.
– You can smoke outdoor area.
Respect the neighbors and the property.
– No parties allowed.
Check out time.
– 11:00 (in case of early check out, we ask our guest to be quiet with suitcases to respect sleep of neighborhood).
Non-residents are not allowed in the apartments.
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning.
– Upon request.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- respect the property
- follow house rules
- avoid damage or disturbance
Damage Deposit
Guests aren’t required to pay a damage deposit but they will be requested to pay if damage has been caused.
Registration
You may register for an account with our website. During this process, you may be required to choose a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and account information and agree not to share your passwords, account information, or secured access to our website or services with any other person. You must not allow any other person to use your account to access the website because you are responsible for all activities that occur through the use of your passwords or accounts. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any disclosure of your password.
After account termination, you will not attempt to register a new account without our permission.

These Booking & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Greece. If any part or provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or other authority to be invalid and/or unenforceable under applicable law, such part or provision will be modified, deleted and/or enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these Terms and Conditions. The other provisions will not be affected.
Changes & Cancellations
All cancellation requests must follow the policy above and be communicated in writing.
